Java Developer

This role is within the banking industry and involves working in an agile development team on a project based in Gdańsk, Poland.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-5 years' experience as a Java developer.
• Proficiency with Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Integration.
• Experience with Oracle and Kafka.
• Experience developing and improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience consuming data from API services.
• Understanding of designing comprehensive tests.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Linux and scripting (e.g., Bash).
• Knowledge of public/private key encryption, key generation, certificate management, and SSL/TLS.

• Act as a key member of an agile development team.
• Code robust, well-tested, and clean solutions using the latest tools and technology.
• Work primarily in mastered technologies while supporting other areas as needed.
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver compliant solutions for regulatory requirements.
• Participate in technology communities including dev days, innovation sprints, and daily meetings.
