Senior Agentic AI (Moveworks) Developer

• 5+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with JavaScript and JSON formatting.
• Demonstrated experience in integration design, development, and building REST API integrations.
• Practical experience with API authentication methods including OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Proven experience providing Level 3 production support and troubleshooting complex enterprise software issues.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Must be located in Poland with full authorization to work locally.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Moveworks Agent Studio or Moveworks platform implementations.
• Experience with ServiceNow application development, integrations, ITSM, and HR service delivery processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams platform development, Power Platform, or Azure Integration Services.
• Familiarity with AI-powered employee experience platforms, virtual agent platforms, or conversational AI technologies.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications or qualifications related to Azure Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Moveworks use cases, custom actions, and automated workflows using Moveworks Agent Studio.
• Design and build integrations between Moveworks and enterprise SaaS platforms including ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Okta.
• Develop REST API integrations and middleware solutions using OAuth and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Provide Level 3 production support, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implement fixes for Moveworks solutions.
• Optimize AI virtual agent behavior and conversational flows via data analysis and implementation of knowledge-driven and generative AI capabilities.
• Work in Agile sprints with technical stakeholders and global teams to deliver user stories and technical requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and execute release validation activities.
