Business Operations Analyst - RDT Group Functions

The team operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational effectiveness to shape the digital future of healthcare.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience, including 3+ years in life sciences/pharma or related business functions.
• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end workstreams and navigate ambiguous requirements.
• Experience translating requirements into strategic implementation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or risk and compliance.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with everyday AI tools and technologies; AI implementation experience is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy practices.
• Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management.
• Ability to independently apply principles and techniques related to requirements, data, AI, usability, and process analysis.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of organizational change management including workshop facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Proactive mindset focused on process improvements and operational effectiveness.

• Independently manage end-to-end business operations workstreams with focus on compliance, quality, and performance insights.
• Adapt and drive adoption of standard frameworks and best practices within RDT management functions.
• Deliver comprehensive requirements and contribute to operational excellence solutions.
• Identify needs-solution discrepancies and propose improvements.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholder expectations strategically.
• Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans and influence tactical decisions.
• Contribute to long-term solution roadmaps.
• Evaluate solution impacts on multiple teams and the broader product environment.
• Use tracked data points and reporting tools to drive insights-based decisions.
• Apply tools and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis to improve efficiency.
