ServiceNow Developer

Devire Outsourcing IT provides collaboration based on B2B contracting for IT specialists, serving clients with innovative and modern projects. The role is for a client who is a large international public institution.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a similar ServiceNow developer role
• Strong practical experience in administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow, especially for ITSM
• Practical experience designing solutions on ServiceNow
• Experience in creating configurations, customizations, and development on ServiceNow
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow products and platform capabilities
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management concepts
• Experience with business and technical requirements gathering and analysis
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST, Web Services, SSO, and LDAP
• Good understanding of complex IT systems and integrations
• Knowledge of IT security standards
• Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, user instructions, and knowledge articles
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-reliance, responsibility, accuracy, and proactive work approach
• Ability to work in an international environment and under time pressure
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Required Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Implement new configurations and customizations on the ServiceNow platform
• Create and develop solutions and functionalities on ServiceNow
• Analyze requirements for new features and recommend technical solutions
• Write and deploy code on the ServiceNow platform
• Test and validate changes
• Perform application reviews and code reviews to ensure system integrity
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Administrator
• Maintain and administer the ServiceNow instance
• Perform upgrades, updates, and patch installations
• Ensure proper integration of ServiceNow with other organization systems
• Maintain environment components like configurations, key stores, Tomcat, Java, backups, and system performance elements
• Administer and maintain MariaDB database files used by ServiceNow
• Provide ongoing platform support and implement standard changes
• Analyze and resolve application incidents and bug fixing
• Support design of ServiceNow solution architecture
• Participate in project planning for platform development
• Collaborate with teams in security, risk management, and disaster recovery
• Create and update technical documentation, SOPs, user instructions, and knowledge base
