Test Engineer BMS / FAS / SEC (m/f/d) - Nysa

We are an international company specializing in designing and implementing advanced building security systems. The role is within the prestigious IONWAY project in Nysa, part of Honeywell Building Automation, which aims to improve building safety, energy efficiency, and operational performance through software, hardware, and services.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with technical security systems (CCTV, SKD, SSWiN, FAS, BMS).
• Basic knowledge of Ethernet networks.
• Ability to read project documentation.
• Familiarity with CAD environment and Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-reliance, communicativeness, stress resistance.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask.
• Commitment to work safety and high-quality task execution.
• Valid category B driving license.
• English language proficiency at least at B1 level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Honeywell solutions and experience working with their systems.
• Ability to work with computer networks, databases, and IT solutions.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.

• Commissioning and testing technical security systems (CCTV, SKD, SSWiN, network devices, BMS, FAS) on construction sites.
• Verification of installations and configurations including error identification, correction, and optimization.
• Creating and updating test lists, functional descriptions, system configurations, and graphical presentations.
• Ongoing communication with the project team, reporting work status, and identifying deviations and additional tasks.
• Supervising subcontractors, providing technical responses, and ensuring schedule compliance.
• Participation in acceptance and functional tests, including preparation of test environments and delivering proof of functionality.
• Supporting end users by conducting post-commissioning training and resolving technical issues, including communication in English.
• Managing tasks by timely completion, documenting changes and delays, and creating plans aligned with project scope.
• Collaborating with the end client to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
