Solution Architect (IAM Transformation)

Experienced IAM Solution Architect position in a large-scale international Identity & Access Management transformation programme. The role is focused on designing modern, scalable, and secure IAM solutions covering human, machine, and workload identities with emphasis on Zero Trust, Google Cloud Platform, and Kubernetes.

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture within enterprise environments
• Solid background in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Expertise in OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture
• Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes
• Experience in API security and cloud-native architectures
• Understanding of PKI, certificate, and secrets management
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Policy-as-Code (OPA, Cedar)
• Service Mesh technologies
• Experience with large-scale IAM transformation programmes
• Experience in highly regulated environments

• Design end-to-end IAM architectures and create HLDs/LLDs
• Define authentication, authorization, and federation solutions
• Design solutions for human, machine, workload, and agent identities
• Design cloud-native solutions using Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes
• Define API security and service-to-service/workload authentication patterns
• Drive Zero Trust architecture and security patterns
• Define IAM integrations, reference architectures, and technical standards
• Support engineering teams throughout implementation and production readiness
• Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and roadmap planning
• Collaborate with architects, security, engineering, and business stakeholders
