Scrum Master (SAFe / SAP)

1dea is an IT consulting organization focused on product-centric teams, working with Agile frameworks such as SAFe and SAP environments.

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Proven experience working with SAP systems/projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to conduct multi-day workshops and training modules.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2+).

• Promote and implement Agile practices, acting as a facilitator and advocate for Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks within product structures.
• Organize and facilitate team ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Review/Demo.
• Track team progress and goal fulfillment using burndown and cumulative flow charts.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, and Release Management to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct multi-day workshops and training sessions on estimation (story pointing), user story creation, and prioritization.
• Build effective communication between Agile teams and units operating under traditional Waterfall project models.
• Foster a culture of shared responsibility, continuous learning, and short feedback loops.
