Data & Analytics Manager

The Data & Analytics Management team oversees the collection, administration, and control of critical data supporting various business lines within a global leading financial institution. The Analytics Integrity team ensures quality and support of position, transaction, and computed data across systems globally, working closely with Data Referential and Governance divisions. The successful candidate will drive process improvements with a collaborative management style in a positive team environment.

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, ideally asset management, including operational roles (Data, IT, front/middle/back office).
• Thorough understanding of operational processes and major data users (portfolio management, middle office, risk, quant, compliance, financial controllers).
• Hands-on experience with Aladdin or Adjuto.
• Autonomous approach to analyzing and solving complex end-user requests.
• Ability to understand data in-flows/out-flows, technical architecture, and business data transformations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical mindset for control checks, discrepancy investigation, and escalation.
• Proactive attitude toward operational risk identification and mitigation.
• Rigorous approach with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

• Ensure accurate integration of data from various referential and external sources into downstream systems, guaranteeing high data quality and consistency.
• Implement and perform first-level database controls and optimize processes for data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Develop deep understanding of complex data transformations and computations within the firm's systems.
• Provide autonomous, high-quality support to end-users and project teams.
• Collaborate closely with Data Referential, IT, and Data Governance teams to resolve transversal data issues.
• Identify data issues, assess risks, and propose effective solutions to stakeholders.
• Engage with major service providers (e.g., Blackrock, State Street) and participate in governance meetings.
• Contribute subject matter expertise in operational processes and data modeling to support IT and Business projects.
• Ensure formal agreement and documentation for deviations from standard operating models.
