Senior Business Analyst

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end credit lifecycle and credit risk processes.
• Proven track record in delivering technology, data, automation, or AI-driven solutions.
• Experience working directly with engineering and data teams on complex requirements.
• Excellent skills in requirements engineering, including workshops, process modeling, data analysis, and writing user stories.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions and ensure solutions address real problems.
• Agile delivery experience and ability to manage priorities in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead structured discovery sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, product owners, and engineering teams.
• Translate credit and lending problems into clear business requirements, functional specs, user stories, and process models.
• Define and document current-state and target-state processes across the credit lifecycle including origination, analysis, decisioning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for technology, data, automation, and AI to improve risk management and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure practical, data-enabled solutions meet business needs.
• Contribute to evaluation, rollout, and continuous improvement of delivered capabilities, including AI solutions.
• Act as a senior bridge between business and technology, resolving ambiguity, ensuring alignment, and supporting Agile delivery.
