Our client is a well-known organisation within the life sciences industry operating in the Business Services sector with a focus on IT Architecture.

• Over 12 years of experience in supply chain planning, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, production planning, materials planning, and S&OP/IBP processes.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on expertise with Kinaxis Maestro or RapidResponse, supported by multiple full-cycle implementation projects.
• Strong technical capabilities in Kinaxis configuration, including data models, scenarios, analytics, dashboards, scorecards, widgets, and control set management.
• Demonstrated success in designing and deploying AI-driven, advanced analytics, and next-generation planning solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Professional Kinaxis certifications such as Author, Contributor, or Architect are considered an advantage.

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered supply chain planning solutions leveraging Kinaxis Maestro.
• Take ownership of the overall solution architecture, covering advanced forecasting, smart planning workbooks, autonomous agents, and orchestration capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and planning teams to identify AI opportunities and convert them into scalable planning solutions and frameworks.
• Drive the full solution lifecycle, including design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Define data models, architecture, and integration requirements to support advanced planning processes and AI-driven functionalities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to both business and IT stakeholders throughout the AI-enabled planning transformation journey.
• Lead workshops and foster strong cross-functional relationships with planning, data, and leadership teams to maximize adoption and business impact.
• Promote best practices and governance standards while coaching and supporting colleagues in AI-enabled planning and Kinaxis capabilities.
