Młodszy Specjalista Bezpieczeństwa IT (SOC L1)

• Previous experience in IT Service Desk, IT administration, SOC, or cybersecurity
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, and Windows/Linux systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic information security principles
• Secondary technical education or higher education (IT/cybersecurity-related fields preferred)
• English proficiency at B1 level or above, mainly for reading technical documentation
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work according to established procedures

• Monitoring and handling alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, and other security tools
• Initial analysis and classification of security events and incidents
• Logging, handling, and escalating security tickets
• Analyzing security policy violations in DLP systems
• Collaborating with IT and security teams
• Participating in operational on-call duties according to the schedule
