Wymagania
- 3+ years as a Jira Administrator with experience on Jira Server and Jira Cloud
- Proven Jira project migration experience from Data Center/Server to Cloud
- Understanding of workflows, schemes, custom fields, and permissions in Jira Software and Jira Service Management
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud Migration Assistant
- Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and Cloud compatibility
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently making migration decisions
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have:
- Basic scripting or automation experience including Automation for Jira or REST APIs
Obowiązki
- Plan and execute migrations from Jira Server to Jira Cloud
- Analyze existing Jira configurations including projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, screens, and automations
- Identify migration risks, dependencies, and data limitations
- Use Atlassian Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and/or third-party migration tools
- Migrate Jira Software, Service Management, and Jira Work Management projects with related data such as issues, attachments, comments, custom fields, users, groups, and permissions
- Perform data validation and reconciliation after migration
- Troubleshoot migration errors and resolve data inconsistencies
- Optimize Jira Cloud configurations post-migration
- Configure Jira Cloud projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules
- Manage users, groups, access control, and SSO integrations
- Coordinate migration and replacement of apps/plugins with Cloud-compatible alternatives
- Maintain documentation of migration steps, configurations, and decisions
