Senior ServiceNow Engineer - IRM/GRC

• 3+ years of ServiceNow engineering/development experience
• Background in ServiceNow IRM, Risk Management, and Compliance
• Expertise in TPRM or Privacy capabilities
• Proficiency in configuration, scripting, and integration
• Ability to maintain operational ownership and collaborate with external partners
• Experience across full lifecycle implementations including transition to operations and ongoing support
• Familiarity with greenfield and enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
• Preference for out-of-the-box solution design and platform standardization
• Flexibility to balance implementation and long-term platform support
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) and CIS-Risk and Compliance are a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Now Assist

• Background in Application Support

• Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC, TPRM, and Privacy capabilities
• Support governance, compliance, risk management, and audit-related processes
• Participate in technical design reviews and implementation activities
• Review technical deliverables and configurations by implementation partners
• Support testing, deployment, and production readiness
• Maintain ServiceNow solutions after go-live
• Receive and maintain technical knowledge transfer
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support post-deployment
• Develop platform enhancements, automations, integrations, and workflows
• Perform defect resolution, maintenance, and release activities
• Contribute to upgrades, platform optimization, and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to architecture, governance, security, and development standards
