Microsoft 365 Copilot Lead

• 5+ years of experience with M365 architecture, tenant administration, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive at enterprise scale
• Understanding of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index including Copilot data flows
• Knowledge of information governance including Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, and permissions
• Familiarity with Entra ID and security practices such as Conditional Access, access reviews, and Zero Trust
• Experience with Copilot Studio building custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based declarative agents
• Skills in Power Platform, including Power Automate, Copilot integration, Power Apps, and dataflows
• Background in SharePoint content architecture including taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle
• Familiarity with Viva Suite (Viva Learning, Viva Connections, Viva Engage) for frontline engagement
• Proficiency in adoption and measurement tools including Copilot Dashboard, Viva Insights, adoption scoring, and ROI frameworks
• Understanding of licensing and roadmap fluency for M365 Copilot licensing models and Microsoft roadmap
• Proficiency in English at B2+ level

• Define and drive the Microsoft 365 Copilot roadmap across the organization
• Assess data and governance readiness to support Copilot deployment
• Build organizational capability and drive Copilot adoption across corporate and frontline teams
• Bridge corporate and frontline worker needs to align Copilot capabilities with business goals
• Lead technology architecture decisions within the Microsoft ecosystem to support Copilot readiness
• Establish governance frameworks to support secure and compliant Copilot usage
• Drive measurable business value and ROI from Copilot deployment
• Act as subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot vision, deployment, and adoption strategy
