Microsoft 365 Copilot Lead

• 5+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture including tenant administration and enterprise-scale management of Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index related to Copilot
• Expertise in information governance using Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP policies, and permissions
• Experience with Entra ID and security practices including Conditional Access, access reviews, oversharing audits, and Zero Trust
• Proficiency in Copilot Studio for developing custom agents and plugins
• Skills in Power Platform tools for retail operations
• Background in SharePoint content architecture including taxonomy and metadata
• Familiarity with Viva Suite tools for frontline engagement
• Competency in adoption and measurement frameworks including Copilot Dashboard and adoption scoring
• Understanding of M365 Copilot licensing and Microsoft roadmap updates
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment
• Lead tenant administration and configuration of Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Oversee information governance including sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, and permissions
• Manage security and identity aspects like Conditional Access, access reviews, and oversharing audits
• Build and configure custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based agents in Copilot Studio
• Integrate Power Platform capabilities such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and dataflows
• Establish content architecture standards including taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle management
• Drive frontline engagement through Viva Suite tools (Learning, Connections, Engage)
• Develop adoption and measurement frameworks using Copilot Dashboard and Viva Insights
• Maintain fluency in Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing models and roadmap developments
