Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience with M365 architecture including tenant administration, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive at enterprise scale
- Understanding of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index, including Copilot data flows
- Knowledge of information governance including Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, and permissions models
- Familiarity with Entra ID and security practices including Conditional Access, access reviews, oversharing audits, and Zero Trust awareness
- Experience with Copilot Studio, building custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based declarative agents
- Skills in Power Platform, including Power Automate, Copilot integration, Power Apps, and dataflows relevant to retail
- Background in SharePoint and content architecture including taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Viva Suite including Viva Learning, Viva Connections, and Viva Engage
- Proficiency in adoption and measurement tools including Copilot Dashboard, Viva Insights, adoption scoring, and ROI frameworks
- Understanding of licensing and roadmap fluency including M365 Copilot licensing models
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level

- Define and drive the Microsoft 365 Copilot roadmap across the organization
- Assess data and governance readiness to support Copilot deployment
- Build organizational capability and drive Copilot adoption across corporate and frontline teams
- Bridge corporate and frontline worker needs to align Copilot capabilities with business goals
- Lead technology architecture decisions within the Microsoft ecosystem to support Copilot readiness
- Establish governance frameworks to support secure and compliant Copilot usage
- Drive measurable business value and ROI from Copilot deployment
- Act as subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot vision, deployment, and adoption strategy
