IT Project Manager (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity)

Benefit Systems International S.A. operates in six countries and 11 suborganisations and is focused on IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and NIS2 compliance projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
• Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, identity management, backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex multilanguage enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Knowledge of NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or similar security standards.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Experience managing international or cross-functional projects.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance-related projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, Security, Network, Cloud, and Operations at six countries.
• Support the implementation of security frameworks, governance processes, and regulatory initiatives, including NIS2.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee presentations.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans, KPI.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery methodologies.
