Senior / Lead Magento Developer (Adobe Commerce)

Future Mind is an awarded tech consulting company working on eCommerce applications, data platforms, and IoT experiments. They employ expert consultants, engineers, testers, designers, project managers, and analysts.

• At least 5 years of experience building eCommerce applications on Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce with a portfolio of delivered and run shops
• Strong PHP 8 backend skills and deep knowledge of Magento internals including module architecture, dependency injection, plugins, observers, service contracts, indexers, and message queues
• Proven experience integrating Magento with backend systems (ERP, PIM, OMS, WMS, payments, logistics) with end-to-end delivery of at least two integrations
• Solid knowledge of Magento REST and GraphQL APIs and designing robust integrations
• Familiarity with MariaDB / MySQL, Redis or Valkey, OpenSearch, Varnish, RabbitMQ, Docker, and CI/CD
• Experience as a technical lead including estimations, code reviews, decision making, and mentoring
• Strong interpersonal skills for client communication
• Fluent in English (C1) and Polish with client communication in both languages
• Legal right to work in the EU

Nice to have:

• Adobe Commerce certifications (Developer Professional / Expert or Architect Master)
• Out-of-process extensibility with Adobe App Builder, I/O Events, and webhooks
• Experience with modern storefronts: Hyvä, Edge Delivery Services, or custom headless frontend on Magento GraphQL
• Experience with Adobe Commerce on cloud or Magento on public cloud including upgrades or replatforming
• Knowledge of Shopify Plus or other enterprise commerce platforms
• Retail domain knowledge: omnichannel, click and collect, B2B, multi-market setups
• Agency or software house background with multiple client projects

• Design and implement Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce solutions including custom modules and extensions
• Own integration layers with ERP, PIM, OMS, WMS, payment and shipping providers, and marketplaces using synchronous APIs and asynchronous queues
• Work directly with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose solutions
• Lead the technical delivery including architecture decisions, code reviews, estimations, release planning, and patch strategy
• Maintain platform performance, scalability, security, observability, and cost
• Mentor other developers and contribute to Magento and commerce delivery standards
• Support pre-sales activities such as scoping, estimates, and technical input to proposals
