Senior Data Analyst - kontrakt na kilka miesięcy, 100% zdalnie

EduGo is one of the largest companies in Poland conducting online courses for children aged 6-14 including drawing, programming, mathematics, graphics, and English. Classes are live, in small groups, with a teacher. Over 20,000 children learn with them, and they cooperate with hundreds of teachers. The sales are exclusively in Poland.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data/Analytics Engineer including ownership of data warehouse or key modeling layer.
• Advanced level of BigQuery with cost and performance management of queries.
• Experience with transformations as code in dataform or dbt including versioning, testing, documentation, and continuous integration.
• Experience unifying KPI definitions organization-wide where the same metric is calculated in multiple ways.
• Preparation of models, metadata, and definitions for safe, repeatable work with AI tools.
• Availability during team working hours (8-9 to 16-17).

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with Looker / Data Studio for writing models dedicated to visualization.
• Practical knowledge of GDPR and PII especially for data of minors.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Cloud Composer.
• Marketing attribution knowledge and practical experience with GA4 and Meta Ads.

• Audit current data, scripts, dashboards, and KPI definitions to identify used, outdated, inconsistent, and manually processed data.
• Collaborate with business to define priorities and final version of the data mart.
• Design target data architecture including raw, staging, mart, dimensional model, and gold layer with naming conventions and ownership.
• Build AI-ready data layer with wide tables (OBT), metadata, and definitions to facilitate querying without schema explanations.
• Define KPI dictionary with clear semantic layer and business owners for critical metrics.
• Implement dimensional models prioritizing areas of highest manual workload in production.
• Develop tests on critical models and alerting.
• Manage GDPR and PII including minimization, retention, and access control.
• Hand over code and documentation to team analyst with code reviews.
