Data Business Analyst [K/M]

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or system analysis related to data, data warehouses, or BI solutions.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL for independent data analysis and verification.
• Experience working with large data volumes and extracting valuable business insights.
• Ability to prepare analytical documentation, requirements specifications, and model business processes.
• Experience creating test scenarios and cases and supporting testing processes.
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, development teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Analytical approach, independence, and ability to translate business needs into data-based solutions.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially claims handling, benefits, or policy systems.
• Experience in projects related to data warehouses, data migrations, or data architecture transformation.
• Knowledge of SAS (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, macros).

• Analyze business and data reporting requirements and processes.
• Collaborate with business users to identify, refine, and document requirements.
• Prepare analyses, functional specifications, and project documentation.
• Analyze large data volumes for projects, implementations, and testing.
• Develop test scenarios, cases, and results.
• Work with development teams on designing and implementing data solutions.
• Support the transformation and development of data and reporting environments.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and verification of delivered solutions.
• Monitor consistency between business requirements and implemented solutions.
• Actively collaborate with project stakeholders throughout all project stages.
