Test Automation Engineer

This role is for a long-term project with a leading healthcare organization.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in test automation.
• Proven ability to independently design, build, and develop test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, including developing and maintaining automated tests.
• Very good knowledge of TypeScript.
• Practical knowledge of PyJS and openpyxl.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and npm/npx.
• Experience working with Claude / Claude Code, including creating and configuring Claude Rules.
• Experience in test automation for frontend applications, backend services, and REST APIs.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end, integration, regression, functional, and API tests.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of scalable, modular, and maintainable test automation code.
• Experience in requirements analysis, test scenario and test case design, and defect reporting.
• Ability to work independently, plan and execute tasks, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective communication in an international environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript focusing on scalability and maintainability.
• Create and maintain automated UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements and define test scenarios, quality, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify areas for automation and propose process improvements.
• Develop testing standards, documentation, and QA best practices.
• Ensure high quality and maintainability of automation code.
• Share knowledge and support team members in test automation.
