Project Manager

Currently, the position is for an experienced Project Manager to support a long-term project delivered for an organization of the European Union based in Warsaw.

• At least 1 certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP) or PM2 Agile or an equivalent internationally recognized certification
• Master's degree
• Experience leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager
• Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and methods
• Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies
• Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
• Conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project
• Excellent communication skills, including producing high quality written material and presentations
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work effectively in various situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers
• Experienced in managing team work with Azure DevOps (and/or ServiceNow SPM Agile boards)
• Client oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management
• Experienced in management of projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
• Experienced in management of projects using ServiceNow technologies: custom applications and standard modules including Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management (in on-prem and cloud setup)
• Good knowledge of Cyber Security requirements and personal data privacy related functional and security requirements

• Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
• Establishes and manages project controls to ensure milestones are met and products delivered on time and within scope
• Assures and controls quality of project deliverables
• Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies
• Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
• Assigns and controls tasks, authorizes work packages, balances priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members
• Plans and controls project product delivery processes
• Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment
• Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules) and defines responsibilities of involved parties
• Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations
• Organizes and conducts project meetings

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
