End User Experience Engineer

We are a global investment firm operating at the intersection of finance and technology. Driven by data and cross-functional collaboration, our engineering, quantitative research, and investment teams build advanced platforms to navigate global markets. Industry: Financial Technology / Quantitative Investment.

• Minimum 5 years in EUC, endpoint engineering, or workspace platform engineering, preferably in Financial Services / Fintech.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apple platform administration (macOS, iOS, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager).
• Proven experience deploying enterprise remote access solutions (SASE/ZTNA).
• Solid scripting skills with Bash, Zsh, Python and knowledge of REST APIs.
• Basic knowledge of Android Enterprise.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Windows management (Intune, SCCM) or VDI (Citrix).
• Practical experience applying AI/LLMs to automate operations.

• Manage Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and full lifecycle tasks for macOS, iOS, with baseline Android Enterprise support.
• Own rollout, policy management, and ongoing performance of SASE/ZTNA remote access platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex client-side issues spanning endpoints, Identity (IAM), proxies, and SaaS platforms.
• Write scripts using Bash, Zsh, Python and build API integrations (Jamf API) to automate management tasks.
• Utilize AI/LLM tools to optimize operational workflows.
