Senior DevOps Engineer (AI)

H2B Group is a consulting company supporting clients in business process automation using AI and helping IT specialists develop careers in B2B model. They offer projects in fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation sectors. Their client is an innovative international technology company developing modern IT platforms, particularly focused on AI Ops solutions including AI agents and automation to support engineering teams across the organization.

• Minimum 5 years experience in infrastructure-focused roles (DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related).
• Strong programming skills in Python (knowledge of Go is a plus).
• Practical experience building or maintaining production LLM applications and agent workflows.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Supervisor, or similar.
• Experience building AI SDLC platforms supporting full AI-assisted software delivery lifecycle.
• Practical knowledge of AI observability and evaluation (preferably with Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, and LLM-as-a-judge approach).
• Experience working with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
• Experience building internal developer platforms, developer experience tools, and engineering automation.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead cross-team initiatives.

Nice to have:

• Experience with RAG, knowledge bases, MCP, tool calling, and AI guardrails.
• Knowledge of Terraform/OpenTofu, Crossplane, and Argo ecosystem.
• Experience with Datadog, Prometheus, service mesh technologies, or large-scale distributed systems.

• Create and maintain production AI agents, AI-supported tools, and automation for development and operations teams.
• Design agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, and Supervisor, including integration of RAG, MCP, tool calling, and AI guardrails.
• Build and develop AI SDLC platform supporting planning, deployment, validation, and safe delivery of AI-powered software.
• Implement and manage AI observability using tools such as Langfuse and OpenTelemetry (tracing, evaluations, quality measurement, cost analysis).
• Construct automated evaluation frameworks including LLM-as-a-judge approach to improve AI system reliability and quality.
• Design and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and security mechanisms for AI services.
• Develop internal developer tools and automations to eliminate engineering organization barriers.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transform operational challenges into scalable AI-based solutions.
