Senior Fullstack Python Developer - AI (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is building a cross-functional team responsible for transforming underwriting processes using AI and cloud technologies. The team develops AI agents and modern applications supporting underwriters, using technologies like React/Next.js, Python/FastAPI, LangGraph/LangChain, and Microsoft Azure services, integrating with key business systems such as policy systems and rating engines.

• Higher education degree in technical fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science/AI with at least 1 year of production deployments.
• Strong knowledge of React/Next.js, Python/FastAPI.
• Experience with Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, and AI Foundry.
• Familiarity with LangGraph or similar orchestration tools, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Python libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and SQL.
• Practical experience with MLOps tools: Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of NLP/OCR techniques and working with unstructured data.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform.
• Azure certifications: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and specific business processes.
• Experience with integration tools such as Kafka and ESB.

• Develop AI agents and modern applications supporting underwriting processes using React/Next.js, Python/FastAPI, and orchestration tools like LangGraph/LangChain.
• Integrate AI solutions with core business systems, including policy systems and rating engines.
• Collaborate in pioneering development of new operational business models through AI implementation and process automation in the cloud.
• Deliver solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services such as AI Foundry, OpenAI, Document Intelligence, and Blob Storage.

Services must be provided from the territory of Poland. Hybrid work modality is required: minimum 3 days per week in the PZU office (3/2 split).
