Senior AI Engineer

• At least 5 years of technical experience in roles such as Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, or QA/Test Automation Engineer.
• Practical experience in software development teams and deep knowledge of the full SDLC.
• Experience using AI tools in software development such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, M365 Copilot, or open-source models.
• Practical knowledge of building AI Agents, AI Workflows, skills, and prompts.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with development environments, including repositories, CI/CD, code review, and testing.
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and modern software engineering practices enhanced by AI.
• Knowledge of LLM, RAG, automation, and agent architectures.
• Experience in production deployment of AI solutions including configuration, integration, hardening, and monitoring.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into specific AI solutions and architectures.
• Ability to assess business value of AI solutions and optimize model cost usage.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with experience collaborating with technical and managerial teams.
• Experience with knowledge transfer through pair/mob programming, shared code review, and solution design.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with at least one day per week onsite.
• Ability to provide services from Poland.

• Implement and integrate AI tools with software development environments.
• Design and build AI workflows, agents, prompts, and automation.
• Integrate AI solutions with repositories, CI/CD, code review, and testing processes.
• Support IT teams in daily use of AI technologies.
• Design and develop Agentic SDLC practices tailored to roles like Developer, QA, Analyst, DevOps.
• Conduct technical workshops and discovery sessions.
• Translate business and technical needs into AI solutions and architecture.
• Deploy AI solutions in production including configuration, integration, hardening, and monitoring.
• Analyze AI deployment effectiveness and optimize model usage costs.
• Collaborate using pair/mob programming, joint design, and code review.
• Prepare technical documentation and AI usage standards.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and support teams in assuming responsibility for deployed AI solutions.
