Delivery Manager

• At least 5 years in IT services management, combining hands-on delivery with strategic client ownership.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2), English, and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to switch between high-level management and granular execution (dual mindset).
• Commercial and financial acumen with experience in T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagement models.
• Awareness of modern technology and SDLC, including cloud-native environments and AI-driven delivery tooling.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, especially partnering with Sales and Head-level leadership.
• Accountability, analytical thinking, and confidence under pressure.
• Experience in stakeholder management, bridging technical delivery teams and C-level business executives.

• Hands-on management of key software projects, ensuring quality, scope control, and Agile best practices.
• Managing the health and profitability of the assigned client portfolio.
• Building trust-based relationships with international clients and leading Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Partnering with Sales on expansion plans, upsell/cross-sell, and late-stage deal pipelines.
• Introducing AI-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to boost margins.
• Partnering with Heads and executive leadership on overall business goals.
• Acting as the primary escalation point and implementing swift risk mitigation.
• Coordinating engineering leads and cross-functional teams for delivery excellence.
