Senior 3rd Line / Software Maintenance Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in platform devops with infrastructure experience on AWS or GCP
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS), ideally including Vault, Kyverno, and policy management
• Proven scripting skills in Python, Ruby, or Bash, with Infrastructure as Code approach
• Proficiency in Terraform, Docker, and Ansible
• Familiarity with AWS cloud, networking, and MongoDB
• Basic knowledge of the Go language with flexibility to learn GoLang quickly
• Strong communication skills and client centricity
• Ability to participate in on-call support rota (one week per 2-3 months, compensated additionally)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Own EKS cluster management and related automations as part of the global Cloud Hosting team
• Solve problems at every layer of the technology stack
• Develop high quality, stable code for automation and internal customer-facing APIs
• Participate in the support and on-call rota, providing customer support for Cloud Engineering services
• Write and publish High Level Designs and developer documentation
• Participate in bottom-up planning regarding release schedules, workload, and priorities
• Design for privacy, security, compliance, high availability, performance, and resilience across web services and infrastructure
• Perform requirements analysis, investigate solutions, and implement the best approach
• Complete short and straightforward test tasks in GoLang before client interview
