Junior IT Recruiter

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment projects
• Proficient use of ATS Traffit
• Ability to independently manage tasks with accuracy and proactivity
• Experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Jira

• Independently manage IT recruitment projects
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment interviews with candidates
• Collaborate daily with business stakeholders
• Support onboarding processes (pre-boarding & on-boarding)
• Conduct evaluation interviews
• Build positive relationships with candidates and team members
• Develop recruitment tools and methodologies

Communication availability expected on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 for necessary coordination.
