Junior / Mid IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator

Directio is a global IT services company consulting, coding, testing, deploying, and managing mainly cloud-based and mobile applications for FMCG, retail, automotive, and SaaS clients. The role involves working for a client law firm, responsible for day-to-day administration, maintenance, and development of its IT environment.

• Professional experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure, IT Operations, Technical Support, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining production or business-critical systems and services.
• Good understanding of networking and troubleshooting infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Experience in IT Support / Technical Support working directly with end users.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery processes, system updates, patching, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices including access management and system hardening.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and take ownership until resolution.
• Comfortable creating and maintaining clear technical documentation.
• Good communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks and take ownership of the assigned IT environment.
• Good command of English.

• Administer and maintain the company’s IT systems, servers, infrastructure, and network environment.
• Manage Linux-based systems and services, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to identify and respond to incidents proactively.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to systems, servers, networks, applications, and user environments.
• Provide IT and technical support to users with hardware, software, access, and system-related issues.
• Support implementation, configuration, maintenance, and development of internal IT services and applications.
• Manage backup and recovery processes, system updates, patching, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Support server and network administration including troubleshooting infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Contribute to infrastructure and system security including access management, system hardening, updates, and monitoring.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including configurations, procedures, incidents, and implemented solutions.
• Independently troubleshoot technical issues and cooperate with external vendors and technology partners.
• Support business-critical IT services to ensure their continuous availability.
