Manual Tester (Pega Tester)

The position is part of the Home Journey project in the banking domain, focusing on improving the customer experience during the home buying process.

• 6+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Strong background in manual functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in defect management and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to challenge requirements.
• Pega application testing knowledge.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in mobile apps testing.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services domain.
• Basic SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with test data masking and GDPR-sensitive data.

• Ensure high-quality deliveries across customer journeys.
• Validate end-to-end business processes and identify defects early.
• Support teams with test planning, execution, and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Operations teams.
• Conduct exploratory testing and create detailed test cases.
• Manage defects and report on test outcomes.
