IT Analyst TRP

The role is situated in the banking industry within Poland (Gdańsk) and involves collaboration with business continuity teams to ensure recovery strategies align with regulatory standards and operational needs.

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or Operational Resilience.
• 1-2 years focused on testing, exercising, or technical recovery planning.
• Experience designing and executing testing exercises (desktop simulations, walkthroughs).
• Understanding of recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO).
• Demonstrated experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
• Expertise in Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation skills with senior leadership engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes effectively.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting banking operations.
• Experience with enterprise-level resilience strategies.
• Familiarity with IT disaster recovery protocols.
• Ability to produce comprehensive reports on findings and improvements.

• Design and plan desktop testing exercises aligned with Technical Recovery Playbook objectives.
• Develop technical scenarios to stress-test recovery procedures and system interdependencies.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate recovery assumptions and identify gaps.
• Manage logistics for testing exercises, including participant coordination and documentation.
• Develop exercise playbooks and materials for repeatable execution of recovery tests.
• Track action items from testing, providing updates to leadership and governance teams.
• Document outcomes, findings, and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with business continuity teams to ensure comprehensive recovery strategies.
