Senior Java Developer

• Minimum 5 years of Java Software Development experience.
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture, clean code, and continuous integration.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Java (8+), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, SQL.
• Good understanding of REST API design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodology.

Nice to have:

• Experience in C++ development.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Familiarity with test automation concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Front-end development experience with at least one of the following: JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Knowledge of Spring WebFlux.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience in the financial industry.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications.
• Collaborating within agile team and ART.
• Working with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing applications.
• Optimizing application performance and ensuring code quality.
• Creating technical documentation for developed functionalities.

The role is based in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw, with the possibility to work in a hybrid model and rotate between locations.
