Senior Java Developer

The position is within the Embedded Banking Service Domain in the banking industry. The role is based in Poland with a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days per week office presence in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Java software development.
• Proficiency with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Db2.
• Experience developing microservices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Ability to build distributed, high-throughput applications.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Maven, and JUnit.
• Knowledge of Specification-Driven Development (SDD) and SDD frameworks.

• Develop new services in the Embedded Banking Service Domain.
• Collaborate with a Scrum team to deliver high-quality software.
• Create and maintain microservices applications.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools in the coding process.
• Ensure high availability and performance of distributed applications.

This position is based in Poland, preferably in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw, and requires a minimum of 60% office presence within a hybrid working model.
