Senior Workday Consultant

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Workday Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Workday Talent Space, including performance, compensation, and talent processes.
• Proven experience advising HR leadership at strategic and operational levels.
• Solid understanding of Workday configuration, optimization, and best-practice design.
• Experience working in complex, international organizations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite a minimum of one fixed day per week (or as agreed).

• Provide strategic Workday advisory to HR leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead enhancements and optimization within Workday Talent Space, including Performance Management and Compensation.
• Review and improve existing Workday processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Support alignment of Workday capabilities with organizational goals and talent strategy.
• Conduct impact assessments and propose best-practice solutions for new Workday features.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners for smooth implementation and adoption.
• Provide guidance on Workday governance, documentation, and change management.
• Deliver hands-on configuration within Talent modules.
