AI Senior Engineer

'moondigo sp. z o.o.' is a company operating in the AI domain, located in Warszawa, specializing in projects in the area of AI with a focus on integrating AI tools in software development.

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in roles such as Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, or QA/Test Automation Engineer, including full application lifecycle familiarity.
• Experience designing and deploying AI tools in the SDLC, e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot, or open-source models.
• Practical skills in creating AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts with integration into repos, CI/CD, code review, and testing.
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development, LLM, RAG, automation, agent-based architectures, and modern AI-supported software engineering practices.
• Experience in production deployment of AI solutions, including configuration, system integration, hardening, monitoring, and iterative development.
• Ability to gather and translate business and technical needs into deployment initiatives and solution architecture through technical discovery workshops.
• Capability to assess business value of AI, optimize model costs, and measure deployment effects.
• Strong communication and consulting skills for collaboration with technical teams, managers, and directors.
• Experience with knowledge transfer through pair/mob programming, code review, and collaborative solution design.
• Ability to unify AI work standards and adapt Agentic SDLC practices for various roles like developers, testers, analysts, and DevOps.

Nice to have:

• Experience with LangGraph and MCP.
• Supporting teams in assuming responsibility for implemented solutions via collaborative work and technical sessions.
• Familiarity with software development realities in large financial organizations including security and compliance requirements.
• Analytical approach, independence, openness to experimentation, and continuous learning.

• Implementing, configuring, and integrating AI tools and solutions in IT development teams.
• Designing and building AI workflows, usage standards, and technical documentation.
• Providing practical engineering support during the deployment and development of AI solutions.
• Facilitating knowledge transfer, standardizing practices across teams, and supporting teams in maintaining and evolving implemented solutions.
