IT Project Manager

• Experience as a Project Engineer
• Knowledge of project management
• Experience implementing digitalization projects in manufacturing
• Experience working with field personnel
• General knowledge of industrial automation in IT, including PLC systems from Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell
• Understanding of industrial plant robotization, including processes, robots, measurement, vision systems, and diagnostic tools
• Basic knowledge of SCADA Ignition software
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Visual Basic
• Familiarity with Oracle, SQL, and MS Access databases
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Coordinate and oversee small projects
• Manage a project group of up to 10 people (without direct subordination)
• Ensure project execution and maintain project documentation
• Lead robotization and digitalization projects in industrial plants (end-to-end)
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope
• Collaborate with users and field teams (production, maintenance)
• Implement IT systems for production (e.g., SCADA, MES, integrations)
• Supervise IT system integration with industrial automation (PLC: Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell)
• Coordinate implementation of robotic, vision, and measurement systems
• Participate in the analysis and optimization of production processes (robotization/automation)
• Provide technical support and supervision of solutions based on Python, JavaScript, Visual Basic
• Manage communication, risk, and reporting
