Administrator / DevOps Engineer (MS Azure and Databricks) m/f

Medicover is hiring for a role focused on supporting the development of a data warehouse environment, automation, and infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure and Databricks technology in a modern cloud environment. The position involves collaboration with international teams and experts in Data Warehouse area.

• Minimum 2 years experience in cloud environments as IT administrator, solution architect, DevOps engineer, data engineer, or similar roles.
• Ability to administer MS Azure services including Databricks.
• Capability to write scripts automating tasks and optimizing resource costs in Azure.
• English language proficiency enabling business meetings and documentation, at least B2 level.
• Experience configuring and managing CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps.
• Practical experience with data warehouse projects (Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse).
• Proficiency with SQL or Python.
• Experience working with project documentation.
• Accuracy and proactive attitude in executing tasks, including proposing solutions and scenarios.

• Administer, monitor, and optimize MS Azure environments for data warehouse solutions using Databricks.
• Operate and create CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Design infrastructure and services in MS Azure for data warehouse projects.
• Monitor and resolve deployment issues in Azure DevOps; liaise with international Microsoft support teams.
• Create and maintain parameterized Infrastructure as Code scripts using Terraform to automate environment deployments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD).
• Manage user permissions.
• Define, document, and implement data exchange interfaces between source systems and MS Azure data warehouse environments.
• Collaborate with security teams to develop and implement security solutions for the cloud data warehouse.
