We work hybrid from our new Kraków office, coming together as a team at least two days a week.

• At least two years in project management, ideally client-facing
• A track record of building relationships customers actually trust
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, comfortably across cultures
• Excellent organizational instincts to keep multiple tasks on track without dropping any
• A project management accreditation (PRINCE2 or similar)
• Strong work ethic and self-organization to manage workload across in-office and remote time in this hybrid role

• Getting to the bottom of what a client really needs and understanding the goals behind it
• Designing an implementation plan that fits their business, not a generic template
• Taking ownership of the project from kickoff, acting as the go-to person from start to finish
• Monitoring progress, spotting problems early, and adjusting course before they become real issues
• Managing the risk register and flagging dependencies early
• Keeping clients and internal teams genuinely informed
• Logging everything in the project planner so the team always knows the status
• Training client teams and super-users for confident day-to-day use of Archdesk
• Building simple project documentation and playbooks to ease future processes
• Spotting opportunities for clients to get more value from the platform and flagging them to the team

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
