QA Test Automation Engineer

• At least 3 years of experience in QA / Test Automation Engineering
• Strong background in test automation and API testing
• Experience in payments or financial services environment
• Solid understanding of end-to-end payment processing
• Good knowledge of payment schemes including International and high-value payments (CBPR+), SEPA Payments, and Instant Payments
• Hands-on experience with FIS OPF is a plus
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks like Cucumber and Postman
• Experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
• Managing test coverage via Jira/Zephyr and version control using Git
• Quality-first mindset and results-driven problem solving
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients

• Design and execute test strategies for complex payment systems and platforms
• Prepare test scenarios to validate feature delivery and defect fixes
• Build and maintain test automation cases and automated regression suites
• Test API integrations, payment services, and payment flows
• Validate payment messages, business rules, data, and processing outcomes
• Work with ISO 20022 and payment schemes such as International and High-Value Payments, CHAPS, Target2, EURO1, SEPA, and Instant Payments
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze defects and conduct root cause analysis
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and payment business analysts
• Identify quality risks early and contribute to building quality from day one
