Product Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (SaaS)

KYP.ai process intelligence platform helps global enterprises understand actual work processes, prove automation ROI, and enable AI agents with real business context.

• 5+ years in a product role on complex SaaS, data, or enterprise platforms
• Comfort reading technical architecture and communicating directly with engineers
• UX thinking and ability to integrate it into product development
• Experience or strong interest in process intelligence, mining, task mining, or automation (e.g., RPA)
• Skilled in Epics, User Stories, BPMN, UML, knowing when to adapt templates
• Intellectually curious and precise in forming and revising opinions

• Translate business needs into implementable features while evaluating risks and opportunities
• Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new functionalities
• Create Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases including Acceptance Criteria
• Contribute to backlog planning and task prioritization
• Work closely with CTO, Product Analysts, Development, and Customer Success teams
• Engage directly with customers to surface real needs before specification
