DevOps Engineer

KYP.ai process intelligence platform helps global enterprises understand work processes, demonstrate automation ROI before investment, and enable AI agents with real business context. The company focuses on process mining, digital transformation, and AI/ML to improve a single product designed for global companies.

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and automation tools
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Understanding of infrastructure as code tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (e.g., Bash) with administrator-level expertise
• Familiarity with databases, networking, and performance optimization
• Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure or deployment issues quickly
• Proactive and responsive to minimize downtime
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and project requirements
• Meticulous and accurate in working with systems and processes
• Native/proficient level in Polish and at least upper-intermediate (B2) business level in English

• Co-create and execute deployment plans alongside the Release Manager
• Work closely with the Customer Success Team to implement the product in customer organizations
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline software deployment
• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention
• Automate system configuration management and scaling of cloud environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry regulations
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect and address system anomalies
