Web Solution Architect

Tapptic Poland builds modern digital ecosystems, mobile apps and web solutions, working with well-known brands and organizations in Europe to deliver creative, effective, and innovative digital approaches.

• Minimum 5+ years in web development including experience as Solution Architect, Software Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Developer with architectural responsibility.
• Very good knowledge of PHP and Laravel.
• Good experience with React.js and/or Vue.js.
• Strong practical knowledge of REST API, integrations and data flows.
• Experience designing scalable and cloud-ready solutions.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, code review and application security.
• Experience with legacy systems, refactoring and migrations.
• Experience in technical leadership, architecture decisions and mentoring developers.
• Ability to analyse requirements, identify technical risks and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Very good level of English, written and spoken.
• Interest in digital products, technology and modern software engineering practices.

• Experience in a software house or digital agency.

• Web architecture ownership – defining and maintaining architecture for web applications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical solution design – translating business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Backend, frontend and integration architecture – defining application structure, APIs, integrations, data flows, and key technical patterns.
• Technical leadership – supporting developers in decisions, reviewing architecture and implementations, ensuring engineering standards.
• Sprint 0 and project setup – contributing to repositories, environments, Git strategy, CI/CD, coding standards, testing approach, and security tooling.
• Architecture and code quality – performing reviews, identifying risks, supporting resolution.
• Performance, scalability and security – ensuring solutions meet standards for these aspects.
• Technical debt and modernization – identifying technical debt and supporting refactoring, migration, and modernization.
• Technical collaboration – working with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and other architects.
• AI-assisted development – supporting responsible use of AI tools in development, testing, reviews, and documentation.
