Mobile Solution Architect

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in mobile development, including experience as a Mobile Architect, Solution Architect, Tech Lead or Senior Mobile Developer with architectural responsibility.
• Very good knowledge of Flutter and experience delivering production mobile applications.
• Good understanding of native iOS and Android development.
• Knowledge of Swift / SwiftUI and Kotlin / Jetpack Compose.
• Practical experience with REST APIs, mobile integrations, offline mode and local storage.
• Good understanding of mobile security, CI/CD and application build/release processes.
• Experience in technical leadership, architecture decisions and mentoring developers.
• Ability to analyse requirements, identify technical risks and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Very good level of English, written and spoken.
• Interest in digital products, technology and modern software engineering practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with React Native or Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Experience with brownfield projects, migrations or large existing mobile applications.
• Cloud experience.
• Experience in software house / digital agency environments.
• Experience with fixed-price projects.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools.

• Mobile architecture ownership – defining and maintaining the architecture of mobile applications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical solution design – translating business and product requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
• Native vs cross-platform decisions – assessing and recommending the right approach depending on project needs, constraints and long-term maintainability.
• API and integration design – defining mobile-side integration patterns, API requirements, offline mode, storage and data flows together with backend and solution architecture teams.
• Technical leadership – supporting developers in technical decisions, reviewing architecture and implementation approaches, and ensuring engineering standards are followed.
• Sprint 0 and project setup – contributing to environments, Git strategy, CI/CD, testing approach, security standards and development tooling.
• Architecture and code quality – performing architecture reviews and code reviews, identifying technical risks and supporting their resolution.
• Performance, security and maintainability – ensuring applications meet expected standards for performance, security, scalability and long-term maintainability.
• Technical collaboration – working closely with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, QA, backend teams, UX/UI and DevOps throughout project delivery.
• AI-assisted development – supporting responsible use of AI tools in development, testing, reviews and documentation.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
