autoDNA.pl is a leading provider of used vehicle history reports from Europe and the USA. The company employs nearly 50 people working in dedicated teams of 5-9 persons in a modern office in Łódź at ul. Obywatelska.

• Higher education (preferably IT or technical fields)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Practical knowledge of Google Workspace administration
• Experience in administration or implementation of workflow and CRM tools
• Experience in administration of GitLab
• Practical skills and knowledge of computer hardware and office software
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems
• Practical knowledge of basic LAN network configuration
• Analytical thinking, good organization, and independence
• Communication skills and user cooperation orientation

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of IT security issues
• Basic knowledge of agile methodologies

• Administration of the Google Workspace environment
• Administration and development of workflow tools
• Administration and development of CRM tools
• Administration and development of the GitLab system
• Maintenance and development of IT hardware management processes (purchasing, inventory, audits, warehouse, replacements, and decommissioning)
• Providing ongoing user support for hardware, systems, applications, and networks
• Installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software
• Ensuring security, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure
• Participation in infrastructure development projects and implementation of new tools and improvements
