Drupal Engineer

The role involves contributing to a large-scale replatforming programme across three international brands and six language versions, focused on delivering modern, scalable Drupal-based e-commerce platforms. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is emphasized.

• Minimum four years of commercial experience with Drupal.
• Strong hands-on experience with Drupal 10 and exposure to Drupal 11.
• Comprehensive understanding of Drupal CMS, including custom module development, site building and theming.
• Experience with Drupal upgrades, patching, release management and maintenance processes.
• Experience in product data architecture in Drupal and integration with Akeneo or similar PIM systems.
• Strong PHP development skills and familiarity with PostgreSQL, including performance optimisation techniques for Drupal deployments.
• Practical experience with REST APIs / OpenAPI and data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.
• Experience integrating Drupal with frontend frameworks (e.g., React or Angular).
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker and GitLab.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in technical discussions and architecture workshops and to take ownership of technical solutions.
• Fluent Polish language skills.

• Experience with large-scale replatforming or migration projects.

• Develop, optimise and maintain Drupal 11 solutions, ensuring adherence to established technical standards.
• Participate in business and technical analysis workshops to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Contribute to architecture design and technical decision-making, assessing feasibility, performance, scalability and security.
• Design and implement custom Drupal modules and new functionality aligned with product requirements.
• Integrate Drupal with external systems and services, including product information management and third-party APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues across development, staging and production environments.
• Work with frontend teams to integrate Drupal with modern frontend frameworks and deliver end-to-end solutions.
