Proven professional experience as a backend or fullstack developer with strong expertise in Java and/or Kotlin (using Spring).
Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native design patterns.
Experience in API integration, event-driven architectures, and Kafka.
Experience in architecture and system design for distributed systems.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and cloud security best practices.
Operational experience consistent with a "you build it, you run it" approach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration.
Desirable: experience with JavaScript (Angular) and familiarity with Salesforce APIs.
Fluent English.

Design, implement and operate backend services using Java or Kotlin and Spring framework.
Develop and maintain integrations and APIs connecting multiple internal and external systems including CRM and customer-facing applications.
Collaborate with the product team to define service boundaries, data models, and interfaces.
Drive architecture and system design decisions for scalability, reliability, and performance.
Apply cloud best practices on AWS, including Infrastructure as Code and cloud security principles.
Work with streaming and messaging technologies such as Kafka for event-driven integration.
Adopt a DevOps mindset: participate in build, deployment, run activities, and contribute to automation and operational readiness.
Contribute to technical reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team.
