• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with Java
• Knowledge of Spring and Hibernate frameworks
• Experience with testing automation tools like JUnit and Cucumber
• Experience with relational databases
• Familiarity with Maven, Git, and Jenkins
• Ability to design, implement, test, and deliver functionalities independently
• Attention to clean code, maintainability, and code quality
• Experience in code review and teamwork
• Ability to analyze system failure modes and maintenance impact
• Fluent communication in English

Nice to have:

• Interest in Business Process Automation
• Desire to develop skills in Camunda and BPMN 2.0
• Experience with AI tools and AI agents in development, testing, or debugging
• Ability to verify AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability
• Knowledge of Angular, OpenShift, or Docker
• Experience with pair programming and mob programming
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with self-organization
• Experience in projects related to logistics and business processes

• Work on projects building Java architecture systems
