Senior IT Analyst

The project is in the banking industry. The position operates in a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in offices located in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, or Łódź.

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in using Atlassian JIRA and Atlassian Confluence.
• Experience or knowledge of API development, Data Mapping, and Process Modelling.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and user interface prototyping and design.
• Knowledge of architecture diagrams, such as sequence diagrams.
• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned with sustainable solutions.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements by cooperating with architects, developers, testers, business, and legal stakeholders.
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.
• Secure requirements traceability during end-to-end development.
• Be responsible for requirements documentation, including use cases, and quality improvement.
• Support testers and developers in the team and hub.
• Verify developed solutions by conducting test results.
• Provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Location: Poland, preferably Gdańsk (optionally Tricity, Warsaw & Łódź). Consultant expected in the office 3 days a week. Required language: English (EN).
