• Lead financial management and planning activities across Technology, including budgeting, forecasting, actuals, cost management, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Partner closely with Technology Finance and senior Technology stakeholders to manage financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Own and drive the end-to-end financial management process by integrating data from multiple sources into actionable insights for leadership.
• Support and oversee broader Technology Business Management / COO activities such as workforce planning, vendor and third-party management, resource management, and governance.
• Establish and improve processes, controls, tooling, and management information to simplify, automate, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate across Finance, Technology, HR, Procurement, and other functions to provide a consolidated performance view.
• Lead key initiatives and deliverables ensuring clear ownership, governance, and timely delivery.
• Provide constructive challenge to existing workflows and proactively identify cost optimisation and operational improvements.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted business management partner with clear analysis and recommendations.
